[j-nsp] interop issue b/w JNPR and Nortel 5510 switch

Guys,
 
any of you seen any interop issue b/w JNPR and Nortel switches. Switch is reporting fcs error on receiving side. We are using single port 1000 base SX pic. JNPR show output is clean and not showing any errors.
