Dave ,

No , I see packet re transmissions after 15mins or so ..it is not
periodic and it is random . I don't see much variation on RTT and Jitter
levels are normal on this network

Do you mean that one packet is retransmitted every 10-15 minutes?

What is the variation in RTT?  Does it move around a lot?
If so, perhaps this is causing TCP timeouts and retransmissions.
