No, I had the QPP card in 0/0 (so ct3-0/0/0 and t1-0/0/0:y are what we
were working on). When it didn't work out we replaced the qpp-ct3 0/0
card with the non-qpp ct3-0/0 and slipped the qpp ct3 card in 0/2 which
is the steady state now (as show below in show chassis hardware).

The config I sent earlier was for an IQ ct3-0/0/0 as it was being
deployed with active T-1s on it.

I hate to assume, but you were working on interface ct3-0/2/x and
t1-0/2/x:y, right? The config you sent earlier was for ct3-0/0/0, which
is not the IQ PIC.
