Sorry, not enough coffee JunOS 7.1R1.3 on an M7i.

Yes the problem has existed since more than just today so that's not a 
coffee problem.

I'm just a little miffed as to why some would work, and others not.  On the 
ones that don't work I don't seem to be getting anything logged from the 
services PIC nor the RE itself about the drops.  And like I said when I 
yank the stateful firewall it all works fine so it's not filters on the 
outgoing interface(s), just the one facing this vlan/subnet that I'm trying 
to get setup.

Really has me a bit buggered, any ideas or clues would be helpful.
