[j-nsp] Hub&Spoke where the traffic must pass the ce

Hi all, 
Have some one been able to accomplice this in one PE router.
What I would like to is what is described in this.

The different between this example and mine is that all of this is one PE.
I have tried auto-export without any success .

Is the only way to accomplice this RIB-groups?
