Thanks for the answer Guy,
The 10.124.14.2 is the RP for my network and I can reach it through the
ae1.103 interface from all the systems connected to the VR.
I tested the same config in other versions of junos and I always got the
same warning in commit.

Hi Daniel,
Is 10.124.14.2 reached via a PIM enabled interface? If not, that would
be a problem. There's no indication in your config exerpt of the
interface addresses assigned to that virtual-router so it's impossible
to tell.
