In my experience this indicates a problem. This does depend on exactly
what you are asking the line card to do. If you have a lot of clacls
(and I mean a *lot*) and various other edge features then this *might*
be normal.
If you know how to get to the line card shell then I suggest you have a
quick log on there. I have experienced one bug where error messages were
being printed there causing high CPU load. I don't recommend you try any
commands there unless you know what you are doing.
To truly get to the bottom of the problem I would contact your support.
