[j-nsp] CPU in the E series.

Hi everybody,
I have been cheked the CPU level usage of some interfaces, and I found
that I have some interfaces with 100% CPU usage. This situation, con be
extended from minutes to several hours. So, my questions are;
What are the problems related to this CPU level operation?
And, is this a normal CPU % values?
