Hi Richard,
I have collisions, and maybe a lot of traffic to my RE.

The packets/s are high, maybe that is a problem?
The packet loss accurs on that router when one of our customers starts
their session, these are some root servers of verisign. G and H root
servers.
With 14400 pps as an average.
But a juniper can handle a lot more than that, as I state to the
specifications in the manual :)
So my router get's buggy on dns traffic. And that with a througput of
22mbit/s to 24mbit/s of dns traffic.
So i am really puzzeled.
