What a scary list. Yeah, it is old, but the list at that
time must have been 'interesting' already.

Level3, Verio, Tiscali (yea), C+W, Swisscom, France Telecom,
Global Crossing, that really do native Multicast.
In my view tunnels suck, same as for IPv6 probably. *cough*
And of course the NREN all do that, and I might of course
overlook local networks in Europe (space.net coming to my
mind).
