Would you be more specific as to what kind of problem ? is this a
question of flows being distributed in a unequal / unexpected way ?
Are you using per flow load balancing (which in the configuration is
called "per-packet") ? or per prefix load balancing ?

While i don't yet know which algorithm you are talking about i'm not
aware any that "doesn't work properly"...

Often, the expected behavior is not quite clear. A hash based algorithm
will never, in practice, give you a perfect distribution along links. It
will be somehow unbalanced, while that unbalance depends on the traffic
patterns that you are seeing.
