[j-nsp] BGP load balancing over multiple links

Hi all. I had a problem with BGP load balancing over multiples links and was
reported me that Juniper algorithm doesnt work properly with a number of
links unlike power of two (3, 5, 6, 7, 9...).
I'd like to know if somebody else had this problem and if it occurs with
every Junos version.
