[j-nsp] Minimal config for MPLS between Cisco and Juniper?

If I wanted to create a l2 vpn between a FE dot1q vlan on a Juniper and a FE
dot1q vlan on a Cisco, what's the minimal config.

Do any of these statements have the potential of disturbing an existing
network?  E.g. If I simply enable ldp, rsvp or mpls, could that create
problems?
