7604 with 3bxl money-wise might be considered 'C alternative', as it
costs <42k EUR list price with 2GE. I think M7i/GE+GE SPF PIC is in that price
range.
Of course if you need to hiearchial QoS M7i and 7604 configuration
needs to change a bit.
