| Try searching with the entire string "atareadhdidentity: ioctl:
| Resource temporarily unavailable". It should pull up what you are
| looking for. What you are doing is pulling up every PR with the
| "atareadhdidentity" keyword in them.

Maybe I wasn't very clear. When I searched for just "atareadhdidentity"
the search engine found *no* problem reports at all, not lots of them.

However, just to be certain, I tried searching for any keywords from the
entire string "atareadhdidentity: ioctl: Resource temporarily
unavailable" and it it did bring up a whole lot of problem reports, with
PR56203 at the top. It didn't make sense to me that a string which is
in the synopsis of a problem report isn't enough to find that (or any
other) problem report.

So, to ensure that the problem wasn't my browser or proxy server I tried
every combination of connection (proxy or direct), browser (Firefox or
Internet Explorer), combination of search terms (All or Any) and search
terms ("atareadhdidentity" or "atareadhdidentity: ioctl: Resource
temporarily unavailable"). The results of these tests were less than
consistent - half of the combinations returned nothing the first time I
tried, but were successful 20 minutes later. I'll contact the
juniper.net webmaster about this.

In summary, it looks like my problem of not being able to find the
problem report was to do with some oddness with the JUNOS problem report
search engine (https://www2.juniper.net/prsearch/simplesearch.jsp).
Twenty-four hours ago when I searched for "atareadhdidentity" it found
nothing and now it correctly finds PR56203.
