well; GRES functionality as such will remain the same; question is what
it would buy you. If your neighbors see their session/adjacency to you
go down, without graceful they will withdraw any routing info learned
from you. As a result there will be no traffic to/through you; so from
network point of view the flap will be the same as when not running
GRES.
