[j-nsp] Routing instances question

I have a customer who would like to have several T1's coming into my router
via one of our CT3's.

They want logical router functionality, but this particular router is
running a really ancient version of JunOS - it only supports routing
instances.

Can I use routing instances to create a separate forwarding table for these
T1's so that they are isolated from the other traffic on the router?

If so, examples would be appreciated.
