Hello Steve,

It is not possible to apply scheduler-maps over logical intrefaces except for QPP interfaces - so apply schedmaps over physical interfaces. 
Also apply defined classifiers under "class-of-service interfaces" or use firewall filter to move the voice traffic to forwarding class assured-forwarding.
