[j-nsp] Recovery password for J4300

You can do normal password recovery (console attach, reboot into single
user, etc), or you can press and hold the config button for 15 seconds
to return the unit to a factory config with no root password.

>From the manual:

CAUTION: Pressing and holding the CONFIG button for 15 seconds or
more-until the configuration LED blinks red-deletes all configurations
on the router, including
the backup configurations and rescue configuration, and loads and
commits the factory configuration.
