[j-nsp] What are L2 channel errors?

Specifically, it cannot find an entry for the layer 2 circuit
identifier, i.e., receiving a frame with a given vlan tag when that vlan
is not configured on the corresponding interface. Sounds to me like you
have trunked vlans that have not been defined on the JNI interface.
