Larry,
It could any of the three. Look at the syslog (log
messages) and check if there is anything specific
couple seconds prior to the crash. Also analyze log
chassisd file for the same, around that timeframe.
See if there were any core dumps:
show system core-dumps
If so, open a case with JTAC, upload the file and have
them analyze it.
