only tried this with graceful switchover, but I can confirm that we
observed no detrimental effects upon traffic through an M320, on
switchover and even on taking SIBS out of service.

The SIBs are re-started to verify the router is talking to them
correctly, but this is done gracefully - i.e. each SIB is restarted in
turn, and traffic seems to be moved away from them before restarting -
on testing there is no packet loss following a GRES event on an M320.
