[j-nsp] Clearing SDH loop-detected link flag

Hi all,

Is there a way to clear the show interface link flag: loop-detected in
operation mode? The issue is that the link flag is still indicating a loop
is detected although it has been released. Deact/act the interface often
solve the issue but it'd be fine if it can be done in operation mode
