[j-nsp] CoS in LS inteface (only flow to single E1 interface after apply CoS)

Hi all,

I have question related to LS interfaces.
I have 1 LS interface which contect 2 E1. So total bandwidth is 4Mbps.
I can reach 4Mbps.
But when applying CoS, the bandwidth drop until 2Mb, after little
investigation i have that the traffic only flow trough 1 E1 interface.
Any body have experience congifuring CoS on LS interface ?
or Is this Juniper limitation on LS ?
