[j-nsp] CoS in LS inteface (only flow to single E1 interface after apply CoS)

Hi,

 Can you provide your ls-a/b/c, e1-x/y/z (bundle members) and
class-of-service configuration for there is no such limitation?

 On ls- multilink interfaces, you only miss the AS-PIC capabilities
(lsq-) such as per-unit-scheduler etc.
