[j-nsp] compatible CF memory for M7i?

Hello list,

Browsing through the archives I found that people have reported  
succes with the SanDisk CDFCB-256 memory in an M7i. As this specific  
type of flash is out of stock nearly everywhere I wondered if other  
vendors have been found to be compatible (Dane-Elec, Kingston, ...)  
or if the the Sandisk 512MB will work as well...
