[j-nsp] M10i Routing Engine Memory Upgrade

Hi

I wonder if people can help, I have 4 x M10i's with two of them having 600K routes as they have the core routers but only have 256MB of ram on routing engine.

Juniper have recommended on adding more ram as its currently using 120% but I have been told the quote (£4K for 4 sticks of 256MB) is too expensive.

So my question is.. what is the type of ram inside these boxes and anyone recommend any 3rd party memory with part numbers.
