This is a Juniper M7i running 7.4R3.4

The router id in question has been replaced with the text
'problem-router-id' in my initial paste.

Do you know if it is normal to see the 'checksum 0x0' for all LSAs
received? That seems broken, and a wireshark trace of the same packets
shows valid checksums for the same packet.
