[j-nsp] E-series Router Caculating Buffer-weight Latency

On the E-series router what is the calculation or expected latency when 
configuring a queue:

Queue-profile video
buffer-weight 8
Queue-profile voice
buffer-weight 2

The documentation explains that Queues with a buffer weight of 16 are twice 
as long as queues with a buffer weight of 8 but do not explain what is the 
length.

I am looking to align with the M-series routers which use a buffer 
configuration of:

scheduler-video {
    buffer-size temporal 4k;
}
scheduler-voice {
    buffer-size temporal 1k;
}

I dont mind using percentage if this can be aligned easier.
