I've no experience with aggregating gig ports, but we've had an number
of 'issues'* with aggregating FE ports.

The long and the short of it from Juniper was that they only support
802.3ad on the 4 FE port PICs and not the 12 port ones.

* like the physical interface being up, but the unit interfaces being down.
