[j-nsp] M20 RE serious problem

Hi  All,

I need your help as soon as possible.
One of he RE on our company M20 router is not becoming on. Its status after reboot is becoming off . We connected via console port to look at problems which seems to occur. But login and passwords defined before was not utilizable. Message as seem below is occured:

Then tried procedure for password recovery as it is defined on http://juniper.cluepon.net/index.php/Password_recovery site but unfortunately it also did not work. 

I am attaching the logs occured durung password recovery and  after restarting RE .
 Could you please send me relevant information about this problem and (if there are) possible solutions.
