[j-nsp] routing-instance without mpls?

Just a small note... I love this feature and especially the "internal"
interconnects between instances. If only I had a couple of Junipers a year
or so ago my life would be sweet sweet sweet.

If Juniper are l00king for a name for it then may I suggest "magic pixie
dust"
