[j-nsp] Problem setting a bypass lsp?

If you want to use link protection (and I assume also for node link
protection), the *system* creates the necessary bypass LSPs for you.

You configure "link-protection" or "node-link-protection" on the LSP,
path as necessary on the LSP, and "link-protection" for RSVP on the
necessary outgoing interfaces.
