Dear all,
I kindly ask you some clarifications related to the Juniper implementation of the Interface Switching Capability Descriptor (ISCD) sub-TLV (RFC 4202, made by Juniper people)
Here there is an example of a small network made of two LSRs and two OXCs:
http://www.juniper.net/techpubs/software/junos/junos82/feature-guide-82/html/fg-gmpls19.html
and here the related TED information:
http://www.juniper.net/techpubs/software/junos/junos82/feature-guide-82/html/fg-gmpls21.html
As you can see, LSR and OXC interfaces are all described with the same ISCD that contains:
switching type: Fiber
However, if I understood correctly the RFC, the OXC interfaces should instead have switching type 'lambda' and the LSR interfaces should instead have switching type 'psc-1'
Is switching type 'fiber' really correct?
Thanx
Filippo
