[j-nsp] 10 GE interface counter

Hello Xinyu,
You will find that information in the MIB definition of the entry you are 
looking for.

If you are referring to interface counters generically, the file
mib-jnx-if-extensions
is probably the place to look. It will tell you whether it is Counter32, 
Counter64, out of it you can figure out the max value (2 to the power of x)
