[j-nsp] 10 GE interface counter

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for ur suggestion. I've found other vendors documents their interface
have '64 bit'  real counter but not in Juniper documents (maybe only I can't
find it).

Seems most of counters are counter64, so there is no problem on 10G
interfaes:)
