[j-nsp] sonet/sdh parameters

hi all:

i have some questions regarding some parameters of
sonet/sdh:

1) what is RS-BIP8
2) what is MS-BIP24
3) what is MS-FEBE

i found an old post from marcin; he really explained
the HP-FEBE and HP-BIP8 very well. it would be great
if some can also give out sources for those
parameters.
