[j-nsp] Issues with Boot

We don't have support contract yet, but we could ask to Juniper one RMA 
even if we don't have one?

However, Juniper uses a specific HDD sets from diff. manufactures built for specific network purposes, HA, lots of logging, 24/7 environment.  There isn't a lot of HDD of this kind on the market.
