[j-nsp] SNMP trap on juniper

Which version of JUNOS are you using ? This is possible on Rel 8.3
onwards. 
A sample config 

abc at abc# show snmp  
view all {
    oid 1 include;  
}
trap-group jnprtrp1 {
    targets {       
        13.13.13.100;
    }
    routing-instance lr1/ri1;  <== this is how you give routing-instance
info. 
}
