[j-nsp] keepalive is zero?

Hi all:

I keep seeing an message poping up (using "monitor
interface") like this:

"Interface warnings:
o Received keepalive count is zero"

According to the Juniper docs, it indicates the
interface failures but the interface is up and working
except is dropping packets (output). 

By the way, I don't see the error messages like this
though:

"o Framing errors, check FCS, scrambling and subrate
configuration"

the "show int xxxxxx extensive" looks clean.

any ideas on this?
