AFAIK, load balancing on Juniper boxes with the Internet
Process II ASIC is actually per-flow load balancing, rather
than Cisco-style per-packet load balancing.
I suppose folk would get confused by Juniper's use
of "per-packet" if they've previously used
Cisco's "per-packet" and "per-destination" load balancing
techniques.
