[j-nsp] VRRP flap between CRS-1 and junos 8.5 M40

Hi, i have vrrp running between M40 and Cisco crs-1 IOS XR, with junos code of 8.5 and IOS 3.4.1. There is a vrrp running between these two routers, but from the time of juniper upgrade, the VRRP between Juniper and Cisco CRS-1 Flaps. This flapping i.e. switch between master and slave is being observed only on Cisco CRS-1 only and not on M40. 
does any one know of this kind of behaviour.
