[j-nsp] weird subinterfaces on T640

Hi plz(runt sysu)!

I can see the same on M7i on a 1 port GE pic card and also on the built-in GE interface
 
ge-0/0/0.101            up    up   inet     192.168.1.19/28   
ge-0/0/0.102            up    up   inet     192.168.3.19/28   
ge-0/0/0.32767          up    up  
...
ge-1/3/0.100            up    up   inet     192.168.5.19/28   
ge-1/3/0.200            up    up   inet     192.168.14.22/28  
ge-1/3/0.32767          up    up  

Also if you have a look you will see some kind of similar stuff on loopback:

lo0.0                   up    up   inet     10.0.0.1          --> 0/0
lo0.16385               up    up   inet    

This is seen in version 8.1R4E3
And Like you I don't have this configured
I think this is just automatically inserted in the way the router is working and you don't have to worry about it!

there always ll be a subinterface ".32767" on the physical inteface where i configure a subinterface( not 32767 ) but when i run show configuration there is nothing about this 32767 subinterface.
version:8.3R3.2, pic 10*1GE(LAN), 1000BASE,  T640 have anyone seen this ?  or i m missing something?
