[j-nsp] weird subinterfaces on T640

there always ll be a subinterface ".32767" on the physical inteface where i
configure a subinterface( not 32767 )
but when i run show configuration there is nothing about this 32767
subinterface.
version:8.3R3.2, pic 10*1GE(LAN), 1000BASE, T640
have anyone seen this ? or i m missing something?
