[j-nsp] Logical Routers intercommunication?

Hi Marlon,

BGP between logical routers works just like BGP between real physical  
routers. Maybe you need to define the source address for your BGP  
sessions. I use logical routers extensively with transport (GE/POS/ 
etc) interfaces as well as tunnel interfaces.
