JTAC told me that they will refuse to support an SSG box if we upgraded
the memory without purchasing it via the Juniper SSG upgrade kit.

It was a particularly bad case, since the Juniper-rebranded RAM was
the exact same brand that we purchase in bulk.  Oh yea, except that
instead of costing $100 for the upgrade, it was $1500.

Precisely the same model as the sticks we were ordering at that point,
from precisely the same manufacturer.
