Hi Joe,

Juniper and Cisco use the same MD5 secret on condition that you use 
Cisco enable secret.
In this way you can copy and paste the MD5 hash from a Juniper to Cisco 
router. That is why on Juniper router we can have a password with less 
of 7 characters.
