[j-nsp] NSRP through 802.1Q trunks

Doesn't seem to be the case though, even though logic would dictate
that the switch should just pass the frames....

I am starting to suspect that the Nortel do not recognise the frames
and thus are dropping it, as the HA interface MAC only appears on the
access port and not on the trunk port.

It would be helpfull if Juniper provided at least minimual detail on
the protocol.

Any Nortel ninja's out there?
