Hello,
FWLF1613xx are multirate sonet-only SFP's. They can do OC3/OC12/OC48.
However they wont work with ethernet applications.
However finisar offers sfp's which are truely multirate for any
application (ethernet or sonet from OC3 to OC48 incl. gigabit ethernet).
In general any 3rd party SFP works fine with juniper routers since there
is no "pseudo quality-ID" feature as with cisco.
