[j-nsp] Fw: OSPF Adjeceny for Serial Interfaces

Not sure if this will do what you want, but you can
specify the OSPF interface by its IP address rather
than interface name:

	area n {
		interface 10.11.12.13;
	}

Give it a try and let us know.
